A mysterious half-naked 'tribesman' was seen running down a dirt track in Indonesia by a group of bikers

The little man was spotted near Banda Aceh, on the northern tip of the island of Sumatra.

Some audience members guessed that the man might be a member of the mythicaltribe of Mantis, which are supposed to be inhabitants of the forests.



A group of bikers were mystified when they came across a half-naked tribesman running down a dirt track in Banda Aceh, Indonesia


Bikers are made down the track when they saw the bald man jump on the trees.

The image shows one of the bikers fall to the ground as the mystery figure turns away from the group.

Among the bikers continues to the bottom of the track in pursuit of wayward man,which flows into the bushes at the edge of the road.

The Group stops at the place where the man has disappeared and look in the bushes.

The grass is so high that they do not see figure he slipped into the trees behind.

A couple of the company of motorcyclists in the bushes to try to see where the 'tribe' go and find the big stick he was carrying.

Some viewers think that the mysterious man is a member of a tribe of Pygmy lost in Indonesia.

The mythical tribe of Mantis is supposed to be smaller than the average man and run away when they see people from the outside world.

The only mention of the supposed tribe was in the 17th century, when it was suggested to two members of a Mantis tribe were captured and presented to the Sultan.

But most of the people think that people of Mantis are just the legend.

The Kluet Alas people are supposed to live about 12 miles from the nearest main road and cultivate rice and coffee, as well as vegetables.

The small tribe have also been recognized as hunters and warriors of the guerrillas when the Dutch who held Indonesia in the 19th century.
