While the changes rolled out are little likely to immediately remove the 32-bit support, it seems likely that it will be removed for the launch of iOS 11 at the latest.
In October, 2016, Apple removed more than 47,000 apps, who had not received an update in the last two years or more, from the App Store.

Apple has not previously deployed new older devices operating systems are unlikely to be affected.
